Sink Leak and Water Damage in St Anthony

The cold water supply line cracked at a fitting and soaked the exterior wall of this St. Anthony kitchen. The damage was extensive, requiring removing the base cabinets that had wicked sufficient water to cause warping to the particleboard. The After Photo shows the extent of the tear-out and the preparation to salvage the sinks and countertop. The exposed wall void and studs were sprayed with an antimicrobial product to disinfect and prevent potential mold colonization. Our customers we delighted at the speed of the work and the neatness. We used containment barriers to remove the wallboard to keep the rest of the house dust-free and sanitary.
